There is no house style. Each gala menu is customized to the host and the cause. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergy-aware dishes are planned from the start, and we manage seating-chart dietary requests so every guest receives the right plate.

We cater galas and fundraisers across Los Angeles, from Downtown LA and Hollywood to Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Pasadena and the wider LA area. We know the city's hotels, museums, galleries and private estates, and we bring the same standard to a 60-guest donor dinner as to a ballroom of several hundred.
